First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether birdwatching can reduce stress in university students. 102 students either went on guided birdwatching trips or were in a control group. Researchers measured stress levels using a standard questionnaire and interviewed participants about their experiences. The goal was to see if a simple nature activity could help students feel better.
