Summary
This study tested a special implant called BiCRI to repair damaged knee cartilage in 11 patients. The implant is designed to help regrow both the cartilage and the bone underneath. The goal was to see if it safely improves pain, knee function, and tissue healing, especially in people who had failed previous treatments.
