Summary

This study aims to see if a new, potentially more affordable version of the cancer drug pembrolizumab (called GME751) works as well and is as safe as the original drug. It will involve 218 adults with untreated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Participants will receive either the new biosimilar or the original drug, both combined with standard chemotherapy, for up to a year.
