First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether a new rapid-acting insulin (I004) works the same as the approved insulin NovoLog. Sixty-nine healthy volunteers received single doses of both insulins in a blinded, crossover design. The goal was to compare how the body absorbs and responds to each insulin using a glucose clamp technique.
