Summary
This study aims to find biological markers that can predict how well liver cancer patients respond to a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab). Researchers will follow 120 adults with advanced liver cancer who have not had prior systemic treatment. The goal is to improve personalized treatment decisions by identifying which patients are most likely to benefit.
