Summary
This study aimed to evaluate how well BIOFREEDOM stents work in everyday medical practice for patients with narrowed heart arteries. Researchers followed 218 patients who received these stents to track serious heart-related events like heart attacks or the need for repeat procedures. The goal was to compare these stents' safety and effectiveness against other commonly used drug-coated stents in real-world settings.
