Summary
This study tests whether using a special device that shows muscle activity (biofeedback) during balance exercises can help older adults with osteoporosis improve their balance and quality of life. Sixty people aged 65 to 75 with osteoporosis will take part. The goal is to see if this approach strengthens key hip muscles and reduces fall risk.
