New stroke rehab study tests biofeedback for better balance

Summary
This study tests whether adding biofeedback to task-specific training helps people with chronic ischemic stroke improve their balance and reduce fall risk. Sixty-six participants in Lahore, Pakistan, will be split into three groups: one gets task-specific training with biofeedback, one gets the same training without biofeedback, and one gets standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach works best for safer, more stable movement.
