NCT ID NCT06987773
First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether a new liquid form of the drug sapropterin works the same as the current powder form in healthy adults. 42 participants received a single dose of each version under fed conditions, and researchers measured drug levels in the blood. The goal was to confirm the new liquid is a suitable alternative, not to treat any disease.
