Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Biobran, made from rice bran, can help people with breast cancer better tolerate chemotherapy. Researchers will give 96 participants the supplement daily for 24 weeks while they receive standard chemotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see if Biobran reduces treatment side effects and improves patients' quality of life.
