Summary

This study tests a drug called bintrafusp alfa (M7824) in people whose thymoma or thymic carcinoma came back after platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants receive the drug by IV every two weeks and are monitored with scans and tests. The trial is for adults with advanced, inoperable disease.
