Summary
This early-phase trial tested two drugs—binimetinib and hydroxychloroquine—in 34 people with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer (KRAS-mutant) that had spread. The goal was to find the safest dose of hydroxychloroquine when used with binimetinib, and to see if the combination could slow tumor growth. Participants had already tried at least one other treatment.
