Double the stimulation, double the bladder relief?

Summary
This study compares stimulating both sides of the lower spine versus just one side to treat neurogenic bladder, a condition where nerve damage causes bladder control problems. About 29 adults with incomplete nerve injuries will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see if bilateral stimulation improves symptoms like frequent urination and incontinence more effectively.
