Summary
This study looked at how a drug being tested for Alzheimer's disease (BIIB080) spreads through the brain and spinal cord. Five healthy adults received a tiny radioactive version of the drug along with a regular dose. Researchers used PET scans to track where the drug went and checked for any side effects.
