New combo aims to outsmart Drug-Resistant kidney cancer

Summary

This study tests whether adding bicalutamide to sunitinib can safely control advanced kidney cancer that has stopped responding to standard targeted therapy. About 28 adults will receive the combination to see if it shrinks tumors or slows disease progression. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people with resistant kidney cancer.
