Summary
This study tested a reading-based (bibliotherapy) program for 10 parents of children with special needs. The goal was to see if it could lower parenting stress and reduce feelings of stigma, like shame or self-blame. Parents who joined the program were compared to those who did not, to measure any improvements in their emotional well-being.
