This early-phase study tests a new drug, BI 1831169, combined with an existing cancer immunotherapy (anti-PD1 antibody) in Japanese adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or not responded to prior treatments. Participants receive infusions for up to one year, and doctors monitor their health and tumor changes closely.
