New drug BHV-1400 tested for kidney disease safety

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether BHV-1400 is safe for people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. About 20 adults with confirmed IgA nephropathy will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to check safety and tolerability, not yet to measure how well it works.
