New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BH3120, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 245 adults with PD-L1 positive tumors will take part.
