Summary
This study tests a new medicine called BGM0504 against a well-known drug, semaglutide, in people with type 2 diabetes. All participants take metformin and then receive either BGM0504 or semaglutide once a week. The main goal is to see which drug lowers blood sugar more after 24 weeks. The trial is for adults with stable weight and blood sugar levels between 7.5% and 11.0%.
