New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BGB-B2033, alone or with other cancer medicines, in people with advanced liver, stomach, lung, or rare germ cell tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 392 participants will take part.
