First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding blood flow restriction (BFR) training to standard physical therapy helps teens with spasmodic flatfoot more than therapy alone. About 40 adolescents who haven't improved with initial treatment will take part. Researchers will measure pain, foot function, movement, and satisfaction to see if BFR makes a difference.
