Summary
This phase 3 trial compares two chemotherapy combinations (mFOLFOXIRI vs mFOLFOX-6), both given with bevacizumab, as first treatment for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The study includes 528 adults in China and measures how long the cancer stays controlled, tumor shrinkage, and side effects. The goal is to find a more effective regimen with manageable toxicity for Asian patients.
