Summary

This study looks at people who survived a cardiac arrest with no clear cause. They all have an implanted defibrillator (ICD) to prevent another arrest. The study tests whether low-dose beta-blocker medication can reduce dangerous heart rhythms. It also explores genetic and other factors to better predict risk and improve quality of life.
