Study aims to get patients walking sooner after surgery

NCT ID NCT07179536

Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most efficient time for patients to start walking after a procedure that accesses an artery in the leg. Researchers will test different waiting times after using a device called ProGlide to seal the artery puncture. The goal is to reduce bed rest and patient discomfort while preventing complications like bleeding or bruising at the access site.
