Summary
This study compares three different bowel-cleansing methods for adults who need a second colonoscopy because their first bowel prep didn't work well enough. About 220 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three regimens, including different amounts of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with or without bisacodyl. The goal is to find which method cleans the colon best and is most tolerable for patients.
