Summary
This study aims to find the best type of pacemaker for patients who need one after a heart valve replacement. It will compare a standard pacemaker setup to a newer, more 'natural' one to see which helps patients feel better and walk farther. The study will follow 48 patients for one year to measure their survival, walking ability, and quality of life.
