Eye drop showdown: which one best protects vision after cataract surgery?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of three common anti-inflammatory eye drops works best to prevent and treat swelling in the back of the eye after cataract surgery. Researchers will compare bromfenac, nepafenac, and diclofenac in 150 adults undergoing the procedure. Participants will use one of the drops before and after surgery and have their eyes checked several times to measure swelling and vision quality.
