Summary
This study looks at how well the drug benidipine controls blood pressure and reduces chest pain in 800 adults (ages 18-80) with high blood pressure or chronic coronary syndrome. Participants are already taking benidipine and will continue under their doctor's care. The goal is to see if more patients reach target blood pressure and feel less angina over time.
