First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study aimed to test whether adding the targeted drug bemarituzumab to standard FLOT chemotherapy could improve outcomes for people with resectable stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that overexpresses FGFR2b. The trial was designed for adults with stage cT2-T4a or node-positive disease. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
