New hope for Hard-to-Treat myeloma: drug combo trial launches

Summary

This study is for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. It tests a drug called belumosudil mesylate, given alone or with a steroid (dexamethasone), to find the best dose and see if it can control the cancer. About 36 participants will take part in two phases: first to determine the safe dose, then to check how well it works.
