New hope for myeloma patients who stopped responding to standard treatment

Summary
This study tests a new combination of three drugs (belantamab mafodotin, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has come back and no longer responds to lenalidomide. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the combo controls the cancer. About 60 adults will take part, and treatment continues until the disease worsens or side effects become too severe.
