New hope for hard-to-treat myeloma with four-drug cocktail

Summary

This study is for people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments, including CAR T-cell therapy. Researchers want to see if combining four drugs—belantamab mafodotin, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone—can shrink the cancer or slow its growth. About 83 adults will take part for up to 24 months.
