First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug (befotertinib) combined with radiation therapy for people with advanced lung cancer that has spread to a few spots (oligometastatic) and has a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). The goal is to see if this combination can delay cancer growth. About 84 adults will take part, and doctors will use a blood test (ctDNA) to monitor how well the treatment is working.
