Summary
This study is testing if drinking beetroot juice can help women who have stopped having their periods. The lack of periods can lead to low estrogen, which may weaken muscles and slow recovery after exercise. Researchers want to see if the natural nitrates in beetroot juice can improve muscle power and oxygen recovery in 12 women with this condition.
