Summary
This study looks at whether a beetroot-based drink can improve repeated sprint performance in trained athletes. Ten healthy athletes will try the drink and a placebo, with a week in between, to see if it boosts power and reduces fatigue. The goal is to find a natural way to enhance short, intense exercise.
