Bee glue meets sound waves in fight against diabetic wounds

Summary
This study is testing if using ultrasound waves can help push a natural bee-made substance called propolis deeper into the skin to heal diabetic foot ulcers faster. Researchers will compare this combined treatment against standard wound care alone in 80 adults with diabetes. They will measure how quickly the wounds shrink, close, and whether pain and infection improve.
