New drug duo tested to stop throat cancer return

Summary
This study tests whether a new drug, Becotatug vedotin, works better than the standard drug capecitabine to prevent cancer from coming back in people with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. About 218 adults who have already completed initial chemo-radiation will be randomly assigned to one of the two drugs. The main goal is to see which drug keeps patients cancer-free longer.
