NCT ID NCT07524413
First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (Becotatug Vedotin) to standard immunotherapy and chemoradiation can better shrink tumors and prevent cancer from returning in people with high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer. About 514 adults with advanced throat cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug combo or the standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new approach leads to more complete responses and longer survival without the cancer coming back.
