Summary
This study tests a new combination of two drugs (becotatug vedotin and pucotenlimab) in 20 adults with advanced penile cancer that has spread and is EGFR-positive. Participants must have failed or be unable to tolerate chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease, with a focus on improving survival and quality of life.
