First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether a new drug called Becotatug vedotin, combined with immunotherapy (sintilimab) and standard chemoradiotherapy, works better than current standard treatment for people with high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The study plans to enroll 266 adults aged 18-70 with advanced but non-spread cancer. The main goal is to see if the new combination improves how long patients live without the cancer coming back or spreading.
