Race to save transplants from devastating virus

Summary
This trial is testing if adding a treatment called IVIG helps control BK virus infections in people who have received a kidney or kidney-pancreas transplant. BK virus can damage the transplanted organ. The study will compare standard care (reducing immune-suppressing drugs) to standard care plus IVIG in 280 participants. The goal is to clear the virus, protect the transplant, and improve patient health.
