NCT ID NCT06123208
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how eating beans changes the way the body uses fat, carbohydrates, and protein for energy. 36 overweight adults ate meals with beans or bean flour, and researchers measured their energy use in a special room. The goal was simply to understand the effects, not to treat or cure any condition.
