Fun bean bag game may boost balance in kids with down syndrome

Summary

This study tests whether playing a bean bag tossing game on a wedge or a balance board can improve balance and walking in children with Down syndrome. Thirty-six children ages 7-12 will play the game three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in static and dynamic balance using standard tests.
