New CAR-T therapy offers hope for Hard-to-Treat multiple myeloma

Summary

This study tests a new cell therapy (BCMA-GPRC5D CAR-T) in 28 adults with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have already tried three or more treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can control the disease and improve survival. Participants receive a one-time infusion of their own modified immune cells designed to attack myeloma cells.
