First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a drug called CM336 in 21 people newly diagnosed with AL amyloidosis, a rare disease where abnormal proteins damage organs. CM336 is a bispecific antibody that helps the immune system target and destroy the harmful cells making those proteins. The study will check if the drug can reduce protein levels and improve organ health, while monitoring for side effects.
