Summary
This study tests a new drug called BB102 for people with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to other treatments. The drug targets a specific protein (FGF19) found in some liver cancers. The goal is to see if BB102 can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth, with 60 participants expected.
