Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs, BAT8008 and BAT1308, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drugs can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 112 participants will take part in two phases: first to check safety, then to measure effectiveness.
