Teen basketball study reveals how fatigue impacts balance and jumping
NCT ID NCT07467525
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how a single basketball training session affects muscle control and balance in 34 professional teenage basketball players. Researchers measured jump performance and balance before and after training to see if fatigue changes these skills. They also checked if the effects were different for boys and girls. The goal is to help coaches design better training to prevent injuries.
