Summary
This study aimed to see if measuring a specific enzyme in the blood could help track how athletes' bodies adapt to intense basketball training. Researchers had 24 healthy basketball players complete a high-intensity training program. They took blood samples before and after to see if changes in this enzyme matched improvements in fitness and performance.
